BIT20 Ensemble i Bergen var for første gang leder for et Kultur 2000-prosjekt i dette samarbeidet mellom tre europeiske samtidsmusikkensembler i 2000.
Prosjekt: Projet Fondation 3 2000
This project proposes to create and promote a new dimension in the development of European contemporary art music by establishing a discussion and collaboration between three music ensembles.
The basis of the project is concerts and events designed by the ensembles in cooperation with important festivals, such as the Darmstadt festival in July 2000. Works by central composers will be commissioned and performed and there shall also be radiotransmissions, recordings and lectures.
