Prosjekt: The Picture of Dorian Gray- A Literary Installation
The picture of Dorian Gray - a literary installation - is a project based on Oscar Wilde's first publication of the book, one year before the longer version came out. The project is operating the borderlines between visual art and performing art, between the art gallery and the theatre. It will be performed in several rooms (26 depending on performance space) simultaneously where the audience itself will choose dramaturgy.
13 chapters in 13 rooms gives 13 form experiments, where visual art, theatre, music and film will meet in different constellations. The participants come from different arts and traditions and also from different countries.
