One Hundred Houses for One Hundred European Architects

Arkitekturmuseet var norsk partner i dette prosjektet som blant annet viste en vandrerutstilling om 100 kjente arkitekter i Europa.

One Hundred Houses for One Hundred European Architects

Prosjekt: One Hundred Houses for One Hundred European Architects of 20th Century

The project's aims are to preserve, share, evaluate and protect the common European heritage constituted by the residential houses/homes of the most important modern European architects.

The project sees the participation of twenty institutions from sixteen countries, fifteen of which are members of the EU. It has created the MEAM Net (Modern European Architecture - Museum Network), whose aim is to establish a network linking all the residential houses of modern European architects. The historical and cultural value of these buildings - sometimes just domestic interiors - represents an extraordinary legacy at European level that goes beyond the field of architecture and requires an adequate campaign of sensibilisation.
